Hey Protein Peeps! How is everyone? I am good. Four day weekend coming up for me and I am so looking forward to it.
Accountability: Not so great. I had a crazy busy day yesterday at work. At around 10:30am I started to get dizzy & lightheaded and shaking, I had not eaten yet and I had three back to back meetings coming up, an 11am HR session I was leading and a 12pm interview and a 1pm interview so I knew I would not be eating anything until 2pm so I grabbed some cake bites from my lunch bag, I keep them around for an "emergency," they are my version of a protein bar (I don't like protein bars). And then someone left a slice of carrot cake loaf on my desk and it smelled so good so I ate it when I got back at 2pm. THEN I had some of hubby's caramel ice cream in the evening. YUP it was not pretty folks. So I plan on sticking to my PLAN today
QOTD: Do you like to decorate your house/apartment/condo for the seasons or occasions? Some people like to put up a Fall display of hay/corn stalks & gourds in the Fall. Some people put fake Easter eggs on their trees for Easter. I love putting different wreaths on our front door, we always decorate for Christmas & Halloween. I do both the inside of the house and outside. I love fresh cut flowers in the house once summer comes and I can cut them from my own flower gardens.

Morning!
Wow yesterday sounds like a whirlwind for you! Hopefully today is better.
QUOTD: yes! My family goes all out, especially for Halloween (our families favorite holiday). Most of the time it's small touches like a wreath, or Easter egg place mats, or a little rug, but Halloween? We go straight up tacky. It's so silly and so fun.
M:
- Coffee with non dairy creamer in hopes of regaining warmth to my finger tips.
- Eggs
- bone broth
- chicken with dairy free mayo
- 100 calorie jerky pack
Our house is too small to do much decorating (there's just not much to decorate and we have nowhere to store decorations) but next year when we move we are SO EXCITED to decorate for Halloween and just go full out creepy about it.

Good morning, everyone!
QOTD: Other than Christmas I don't really decorate the house, other than doing fancy and fun table scapes for every big holiday meal. I just Pinterested the **** out of Easter decorating. I think it is going to be a cute table :)
I might end up going out to lunch with some co-workers but I brought something just in case.
Omg I use the phrase "Pinterested the **** out of..." all the time! I started using it around the time of my wedding (fall themed, because I'm pretty basic) and people were asking about my decorations. Yeah. I pinterested the **** out of my wedding.
