Good Monday morning everybody~I had a wonderful weekend! I was able to get so much done and also had a bit of fun and relaxation!!
QOTD - Getting on the scale first thing in the morning and seeing a loss! Snuggling with my honey, coffee, our sweet fur babies, a hot shower, and most recently - a letter from my kiddo!
Accountability - My stomach was WICKED upset most of the day after a latte from Starbucks first thing in the morning so I skipped break and lunch, but did eat dinner as planned.
16 mo post op - 167.0 - yay
b- coffee w/HC and splenda, 2 HB eggs
l- corned beef and cabbage
d- scrambled eggs w/mushrooms and a little sharp cheddar

Ive been to the laundromat already. Saturday I was sick but felt better yesterday so I went and saw my dad.
friday night I had a bad binge with a box of cookies Yesterday I had a piece of cake at my Dad's.
Qotd thankful for every day I wake up, seeing the sun shine, having my first cup of coffee and when my friend doesn't call me and wake me up and let me call her and coming here

Hello Everyone,
I had a "let down" weekend. My first weekend at home since January and I was bored but also didn't want to do anything I needed to do.... oh well. I survived.
Accountability: Saturday was on track but Sunday I had some unplanned treats but back to the grind again today.
QOTD: My first cup of coffee in the morning, talking to and seeing my kids, getting under my heating blanket at night for bed!

Weekend was good, relaxing and low key. Found out DS (16 year old) is "interested" in a girl. It was so cute the way he finally admitted to me, he turned 50 shades of red. But he says they are friends...aha...OK!! I had never seen him texting so much with a silly grin on his face
Accountability : on point.
QOTD: I love the feeling I get AFTER my workout. Not before, not during but after. When I know I did what I had to do and I am DONE!! Don't get me wrong, I love my workouts but if it was entirely up to me, and I didn't have to lose (or eventually maintain), I wouldn't do it.
Today is my 9 months anniversary. I was so hoping to post that I have lost 90 lbs but alas it's 89. Sorry, don't mean to whine...I wanted a round number.

QOTD: My morning coffee and seeing the sun shining. We haven't seen much of it this winter.
Accountability: On plan but this weeked but I haven't eaten much. I'm dealing with a difficult situation with one of my employees and I'm stressed out. I have no appetite at all when I'm stressed.
B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3oz turkey breast
S: 1/2 oz prosciutto diparma, 1 1/2 oz turkey breast
D: ?? Either ham or beefr short rib lettuce wrap taco, 1/3C broccoli rabe
