Post NSVs

Spring Cleaning - The past few days we have been working on a major spring cleaning that hasn't taken place in our house for years. Washing all walls and windows, shampooing carpet, rearranging furniture, etc. etc. My back and arms are a bit sore this morning but I would never have been able to do what I did this past weekend before loosing weight. (I probably would have broken the step ladder I used.)

I used to use my foot and a rag to clean my bathroom it's really small but I can get down on my hands and knees and clean it.

What a great nsv! May they continue.

You only wore your boots??? I'll bet you were the hit of the show!

Glad you enjoyed the concert--we denied ourselves too much of life before WLS.
