Good morning and Happy Sunday! Today is a chill day. We are taking the dogs for a walk at the park on this cold but sunny morning. Then back home - I have a lot of things to do! Taxes being #1 for my parents, my son and myself. I need to get a few other things done for my dads final affairs a well. Of course laundry, cleaning, prep and I want to finally watch the movie Victoria and Abdul.

QOTD - Goals - Weight wise - get to a normal BMI of 145. Personal -moving! We will be buying a home in the city where I work in the fall. Also - to get out do more fun things.

Accountability - I drank half a Margarita and ate a few chips yesterday but did a ton of extra walking.

16 mo post op - 168.6 - down 1.6

b- coffee w/ HC and splenda, scrambled eggs w/cheese

l-corned beef and coleslaw

d-chicken w/green salad

v/l - on track

Happy Sunday! Finally going to have a productive day -- made breakfast, got my workout in, loaded the dishwasher and sorted and started the laundry. While I"ve been in recovery mode, the house has just gotten in disarray and it's stressing me out. Not going to get it all back up to par in one day but I'll get some big things done today and then one area/room/option each day this week. I'm also going to whip up a batch of egg bites for the week.

QOTD: the project that I'm working on the most right now is organizing a week log trip for 4 friends and I to Iceland. We're going end of May and I'm trying to put together the itinerary and all the lodging reservations. Planning trips is one of my favorite things to do!

It feels like a ton of food but it's a bit light on protein, I'll have to punch it up a bit somewhere, maybe with a protein water.

Our weekend has been great so far. Yesterday we cleaned our place and participated in a driveway party with the neighbors in the early evening. Right now we are at the beach on an island in Florida called Boca Grande and it is a perfect beach day.

QOTD: Next goal? Hmmm.... planning some trips with DH while he can still travel (he has Alzheimer's).
