and just like that, it's sunday!

Morning weekenders, how is your weekend so far? I had a great Saturday, we went to a sugar camp in the morning, the the movies later in the day. We went to see pacific rim. It was.....not good. But I'll show up for John Boyega any day.

Today is all about errands. Battery change in cell phones, getting new pants hemmed, Costco run. Then hopefully some meal prep. Phew sounds like a busy one!

Qotd: what's is your next goal? Doesn't have to be wls related. But what are you working towards? Saving for something specific? Building a streak in MFP?

Accountability: there was maple syrup...but I planned it sooo

menu:

B: coffee and premier

L/D: tbd on what we pick up at Costco and what meal prep gets done.

have a good one!

Hi posting from phone on vacation

wr got in about 7 last night and got sushi and roasted chicken Wings for dinner. I picked all the rice off sushi and just had fish with seaweed and cucumber. I also made a plan to lower my body fat and I will have another dexa scan beginning of may which will be 5 months. I want to exercise 3-5 days a week in April. For April we have a huge list of house things to do so that is on the list.

Mornin'!

went to the movies yesterday and couldn't keep out of the popcorn. Calories way over, weight way up this morning. Ugh. All I can do is get back to it...

Meeting a friend at lunch who's co-chair (along with me) of a civic organization. We have lots to do today - drafting a letter to our membership, coming up with ideas for the rest of the speakers for next year, administrivia, tying up some loose ends. Aqua Zumba for me tonight at 5:30. It's spring break this week at work, so things should be pretty low-key. YAY!

QOTD: Exercising four days a week. And this week - STAYING ON MY EATING PLAN!! Also, deep-cleaning one room every weekend since my MIL is coming at the end of May.

2 years 9 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with 2 T Crio Bru grounds and 2 T pomegranate seeds

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake

L: I think they have yogurt parfaits at the place we're going, so probably that. The meals all sound pretty heavy.

D: chili ?? (I took some meats out of the freezer yesterday, but not sure they're thawed enough yet...)

ex: Aqua Zumba

Hi Menu family... Today is laundry and doing some work work. Yesterday I promised my husband I would not do any work work and I did not and it was the first day since I can't remember that I did not do any work work. I did check my work emails but I did not reply to them.

QOTD: My next goal is to put away money for a fun extravagant family vacation. We have never really done that so hubby and I decided that is something we want to do.

Accountability: Last night I changed my dinner plan realized the restaurant we were going the jambalaya was made with a cream based sauce and thought that would not be a good choice so I went with a surf and turf option. Then I ate to much of the soup and salad bar and brought home the main meal.

Food for the day:

B: egg bites

L: ham and cheese

D: chicken and biscuits without the biscuits (I might have a half a biscuit)

Have a great day friends.

Morning everyone! After breakfast I'm heading to my cousins house to tend to my baby seedlings and start a few more. Our weather isn't cooperating well so I might be waiting a little longer this year to put anything outside.

Qotd: I am working on increasing my time/endurance on the elliptical. I can walk for days on the treadmill, it seems, but the elliptical works muscles I don't yet have. Most notably, a butt. I have a lot of everything else, but I've never been able to fill out the backside of my jeans. So, I'll also be adding in squats :P I also have a gardening goal to get my new raised bed project done before it's time to plant out, and more long term, DH and I are saving for a house and fixing little issues with our current house so it will be good to go on the market next year :) we should get a very good down payment from the sale of this house, since DH bought it cheap on foreclosure, and the property value has gone up, and we've done a lot of improvements to the house itself.

Breakfast: 1 slice of bacon and 1 scrambled egg

lunch: deli turkey and a string cheese

dinner: pork roast with apple bourbon sauce

protein shake at some point through the day

drink extra water, as I was short yesterday

day off from the gym

vitamims on board

Do I see changes to the site? I'll have to look better when I'm on my iPad- I'm temporarily using an iPhone 5c am so it's too tiny to decipher stuff.

Run and breakfast is done. Today I tried out taking a carby snack for fuel on my run. I'm going up to 7 miles but have been feeling sluggish by 5.5 miles. I absolutely think it helped, but I stopped to eat it and getting restarted was hard because it's so cold. Gotta figure out how to manage eat while moving. No plans today.

Accountability: excellent

qotd: I have a few goals. One is to keep my hands out of the cereal container and not buy biscuits from Popeyes-- 25 days successful! Another is to lose 10 darn#. I think I'm finally seeing a little takeoff, it's disheartening to see how strict I need to be to see movement, but I'm worth it.

209.5 today, 2.10 years out

m1: egg, 3 oz ham, waffle

m2:meat balls in sauce with cheese

m3: bourbon chicken chunks 4oz

m4: No idea yet
