Day 12 pre-surgery full liquid diet, surgery on Monday
Regain if 10-20 pounds?! Yikes! I know not to be surprised by putting some back in due to surgery but not that much. Dang I've only lost a little over 10 pounds on this liquid diet and that's following it to the letter. Well I'll just have to remember that it's short term and not let it freak me out.
The alarms are a good idea.
