What am I doing wrong?

So to start off with I'm 24 years old and I'm Male. I had my RNY surgery back in 2015. I think my highest weight was 372 at one point but as of today I am currently around 245. I'm really happy I've lost so much and I really didnt even exercise much at all. Right now I'm kinda stuck at 245 and I don't know how to get out of it. I've been avoiding Carbs like the plague and even start doing some actual exercise such as Yoga and some weight lifting, yet the pounds won't come off. A couple days ago I was 245 and today I woke up and i was 247 which is really freaking me out cause I want to lose more. I still have a ways to go and starting to think I'm going to be stuck here forever.
I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Like I said I avoid Carbs and I mainly eat just veggies and meat (Beef, chicken, turkey, pork) Maybe skip the Beef? I also drink water flavored with those Sugar-free packets you can mix it but I was told those don't help cause of the artifical sweeteners in them.
So yeah, any advice from people here would be awesome.
Thanks!
Start out by logging every single thing you eat, make sure you measure it and record protein, carbs, and calories at the very least without changing your eating habits. After doing this for a week, you can review and see where you may be eating too much or the wrong things. then adjust accordingly and keep logging. You have to be very strict in logging everything, even a peppermint candy. One peppermint candy has 20 calories and no nutritional value. Eat 5 of those and you've just added 100 calories with no value. I'm sure you'll get additional suggestions, so look through them all, and use what you can! Good luck! You have the tool, you just need to figure out the best way to use it, and don't get discouraged and don't compare your results with others. There are people on this site that maintain with 1500 calories, and others that only eat 900 and do fine. You will find what's right for you if you keep trying.

How many calories are you eating in a day? It's great that you're avoiding carbs, but calories are the most important thing to watch. Most people eat between 600 - 800 while they are actively losing weight.

What Grim said is true.... I did not have any support local, found this site last winter in my almost 9th year... fighting my last bit of regain ... had I been here would I have started regaining in year 7 when I fell into some life stress with my long time job? Stay here and immerse yourself... it really helps. Start journaling, tracking all your eat, drinking lots of water. Good luck to you!!!!!
