Good Morning and Happy Fri-YAY! Last day before vacation-whoot whoot! Tomorrow will be spent getting Emily ready for her "break-away" next week. One of our local churches partners with other churches around the city and basically the students camp and serve (Sunday-Thursday) during their Spring break. I will spend the first few days of vacation relaxing and having some shopping/coffee dates with friends and my sister (all teachers so it's good to catch them when they are on break) and we will probably to some more house hunting this weekend.

Accountability: I had added cashews and a protein bar after the concert.

QOTD: I would be terrible selling anything. When someone says no, I would walk away.

Time since surgery: 3 years 7 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Tuna creations pack-Thai Chili, pack of cheddar cheese nut-thins, and Carbmaster yogurt

D: Cloud eggs, turkey sausage links and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1210 Protein:123 Carbs:79 Fat:48

Have a great one!

G'morning everybody!

Back in CA and already missing DD. But she will be home in 6 weeks so I?ll live.

Weekend plans not much. DH is up in Tahoe with some high school friends for their private reunion (too cool to go to actual school reunion)! So it?s just DS and me. We might hit a movie and I def have to do a Costco run this weekend. Other than that we?ll lay low.

QOTD: I HATE sales with a passion. I can't convince people of buying something they don?t want. Like Emiepie as soon as I get a ?no? I walk away. That?s why I like the service industry as in they want my service so they come to me...I don?t have to sell them anything.

Accountability: it was good yesterday until I got home. Somehow I had too many yogurtD and cheese sticks at the end of the day...I guess I was missing them while away.

B: protein shake

L: pulled pork and some kind of ceggie

S: hard boiled egg

D: repeat of lunch

Cathy was always my favorite cartoon. I always related to her and her struggles with food, shopping and work. I was bummed when they stopped printing them but I read with the new generation she was no longer relatable.

Happy Friday.

Good morning, menu pals! This weekend is going to be more spring cleaning and trying to not pout lol. The house that hubby and I were going to put an offer on just sold yesterday. It's literally the only house we've agreed on (we've been looking for over a year). We went to look at it the night right before it got taken off the market. I'm not going to lie, I'm super heartbroken and I did cry wimpy little baby tears over it. Starting to feel like we're never going to find something we can both be happy with and that we're going to live in this dark cave of a home forever.

Accountability: awful.. I can't even admit how bad.

qotd: I don't think I could do any job that required me to sit down. Any type of desk job would make me very twitchy and I'd probably try to find any and all reasons to have to get up. I love my job so much, but there are days when I wish I could have a job that involved me working all by myself. Being one on one with people back to back for ten hours can be pretty exhausting. I don't think I could trade it for anything though.

menu is completely up in the air after breakfast. Hopefully it will be better than yesterday though!

happy Friday, everyone!!!

My mom always told me that a house/home is destiny. If it's not your destiny you won't get it no matter what. We looked for TWO years, made several offers and got outbid. Until we found the home we are living in now...I can't even imagine living anywhere else. Have faith, YOUR home will come along.

Good morning!

Officially in the 200's today!

we've got one last round of snow coming in tomorrow. It won't stick around long since it's gonna be in the 40's Sunday.

My 1 week follow up went great! Jp drain got to come out and I am released to go back to work. Since I work from home and can take breaks as needed, my surgeon was ok with me going back Monday.

QOTD: I am not good at anything sales related. I worked retail in college and that was enough.

B: protein shake

L: yogurt

D: think I might try egg salad

e: walking

B: coffee with premier protein

S: lite salami

L: pork carnita meat and brussel sprouts

S: left over meatball

D: Sirloin and broccoli
