I'm probably about half PP and half coffee...i have always been a cappuccino/latte fan and it pretty much tastes like that...but I also use very strong coffee. otherwise it tastes watered down

I do mostly cafe au lait style, but when I want an iced coffee then I'll do a couple shots of espresso and pour the whole PP over the top and stir. It's like an iced latte and breakfast in a cup!!

QOTD: I've been enjoying watching The Middle, (I wi**** wasn't the final season), on TV and also Modern Family.

Accountability: Did well yesterday.

Posting earlier today to be accountable. Accountability great with no extra bites. Lily and I will do our 4 miles after supper as it's still dark and there are coyotes and feral hogs around here. QOTD no netflix but am loving "The Voice". Post op 5 years 6.5 months and weight at 118.2 today. Heres the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 ozs deli chicken 1 slice cheese D 2 large meatballs with sauce S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day all--off to paint cabin floors!

feral hogs? Wow! We have coyotes around here (and I live in a city!), but not feral hogs...yet. Lots of neighborhoods here have wild turkeys, though. In fact, someone made a documentary about them!

Good morning :)

I have an ultrasound today and I've been having trouble getting my bladder full enough for clear images. The tech suggested starting earlier with the fluids since I had WLS. We will see how today goes.

My appointment yesterday was good. I was really nervous, but everything was normal. The only concern I have is that baby is measuring a bit small. Hopefully that will sort itself out over the next few months.

QOTD: the only thing I'm watching on Netflix right now is Supernatural. My future SIL suggested it and I've watched almost all 12 seasons. I would love to see what everyone else recommends as we are going to be getting rid of our cable shortly.

Post-op three years.

Breakfast - Greek yogurt

Snack - apple and pb

Snack - protein bar

Lunch - cheese sandwich

Snack - tbd

Dinner - chicken and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits. Extra water to fill that stupid bladder ;)

Good morning. Accountability was only fair yesterday. I didn?t carb at all, but did have some unplanned sugarless mints and about 100 Cals extra peanuts and 80 extra Cals of SF popsicles. Otherwise the day went well.

I?m watching The Punisher so that?s my reco if you like vigilante shows or the comics

B 2 poached eggs on tomato slices vs toast. Saved the side of cottage cheese that came with it for lunch

S Fage and protein powder tbs

L 3 oz turkey slices with small salad

S Clear quest

D the last of Asian Brisket slaw. My wife didn?t touch it. But it?s good. I used crack slaw recipe and mixed in Costco Brisket

S SF popsicles

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)
