I highly recommend you use this sheet that Julie posted a week or so ago on the main forum:

I use that to track and it helps me to see not only what the normal levels are but also the recommended levels for someone post-WLS. Additionally, I can see changes over time.
You iron is getting really low. Ferritin of 16 is relatively low. I know I struggle when my ferritin drops below 30. Like really struggle.
Low ferritin can lead to RLS syndrome.
Try to supplement with more iron if you can tolerate that.
