Too Long; Didn't Read

its mostly used when someone types up a huge wall of text to "sum up" so that more people will actually respond to the question/scenario :P in this case I just summarized the huge rant that OH ate haha.

I have had a few stalls. My doctor doesn't want me to go below 800 calories a day. Do you think your calories are too low? Of course, follow what your doctor/nut tells you to do - just my piece of advice.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I don't have specific calorie guidelines, just protein, which I've been sure to get 60g minimum, but more toward 70. I don't really want to increase my calories and add snacks just for the sake of it, since I'm not really hungry anyway this early out.

im sure it's just a normal stall and I'll start dropping again, but I now understand everyone's frustration when I see the "three week stall" posts, even though I already knew to expect it

For what it's worth...My first stall started about 3 weeks after surgery and lasted 5 weeks. I've had several long stalls. I have now been on a stall for over 3 freakin months! So I get your concern. NYmom had a very good advice for you.

Wowza, that is a long stall.

Mom just going to stay the course, try to up my water, and keep going to the gym...hopefully something will give soon.
