Weigh****chers after regain
I don't really drink protein drinks anymore. Over time, I've developed an allergy to all milk products. While I've tried some of the plant-based powders, my digestive tract doesn't really appreciate them :) So, I stick with regular foods. I eat eggs for breakfast (no toast), typically a salad with grilled chicken for lunch and then mix up dinners (either fish, chicken or the occasional beef, with veggies). I recently tried riced cauliflower instead of rice and we really liked it. My big thing is to reduce/eliminate carbs as I just don't process them well. When I keep processed carbs out, my body will drop weight and oh yea, wine too :(

You could still go and not follow their program to a T .... eat more like we need to eat with our WLS. No one will know if you are following or not but accompanying your husband and having someone weighing you will help you. If I were to join that is what I would do.. having them weigh you does seem to keep you good all week. Good luck!
This is what I am doing. I am a lifetime WW member and going back with my niece today. She is young and wants to lose 15 pounds. I hope it will help her learn a healthier way of eating. I like the group meetings and the weekly weigh-ins.
My mother needs to go, too, but won't. I am hoping we can influence her to go with us in the future.

How is WW going? I have been to 2 meetings now. I am not really using their program completely, but I do learn things and lost weight my first week. I like the group atmosphere and having someone else weigh me keeps me on-track. I hope it is going well for you and your husband!!
