QOTD: Pancakes with syrup. Didnt take much of that particular bundle of joy to push me off the cliff. It was a long way down to the bottom too.

I still have yet to try Ostrim meat sticks! Every time I see them at the checkout, I think of you, lol. Which one is your favorite?

I have tried them all but the beef/elk is my favorite. It has vinegary taste to it which I love!

Edited for typo

Posting late today as this is my first chance to get online. Still having a great ti me here helping at the camp. Today I spent the morning crawling around on my knees painting a cabin floor and most likely will be doing the same tomorrow. It truly is a miracle as 6 years ago there is no way I could have done any of these things. My surgery was definetly the best decision ever. Post op 5 years 6 months weight at 118 even today. Food for maintenance B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L late and had senior buffet at the casino with other volunteer couples--4 oz baked fish 1/4 c green beans and a few bites of cooked cabbage. Ate late so no dinner S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Ill try to get on sooner tomorrow. Lily and I also got our 4 miles-- I have to keep the spoiled pup happy! Later!
