What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
hi all
accountability was not good last night. there were fiber one protein bars involved and sunflower butter. I had a craptastic day where i was on the phone arguing with direct tv for over 2 hours on the bill. their sales people suck. sorry but true, they over promise and under deliver. apparently that got my feathers all ruffled up and appetite.
then it started raining last night very hard and our brand new roof started leaking into our walls ruining new drywall and insulation. I was about to lose it. John messaged the company last night and they are coming today to fix issue and replace walls/insulation.
QOTD: the worst episode I had was in the middle of a grocery store. started sweating and almost blacked out. got a package of buddig meat and a whole wheat low carb tortilla and ate that and was fine after.

Good morning everyone! We were in South Carolina for a week and jsut got back on Sunday. Yesterday I started a new job at the same company. There was a lot of negativity in my old department and I'm so glad to be away from there. My new job is completely different from what I was doing and I'm very excited. I already know a few people on my team as I've worked here for 15 years, so it seems like it will be an easy transition.
Having said all that - sorry I've been AWOL lately! So much going on with the new job and vacation. But will be working on getting on here more often. I missed your AMAW week it looks like, but I will be doing one of my own- way too many carbs have crept back in to my daily living, and I have to get back to basics.
Accountability has not been good at all. I'm maintaining my weight loss but I want to lose a bit more too so it's time to smarten up.
QOTD: I've never experienced dumping or RH but I do experience pain from eating too quickly. I really struggle with that and may start using a timer as suggested by someone else today.
Menu:
B: Fried egg with bacon and 1/2 an english muffin (I will be cutting these out as of today - just getting organized from vacation)
L; My old department is having a potluck - one of the items is beef brisket so that will be my pick, and some veggies.
D: I have ground beef out- not sure what I'm making yet. Maybe a meatloaf- I will check out Eggface's recipe.
Exercise- started back at it this morning. Did Day 1 of Clean week on Beachbody.
Water, and vitamins on track.

I did eggface's mini meatloaf (southwest seasonings). I used half ground turkey and half beef. It was delicious and moist! DH ate one too. He took one for lunch next day too. I froze the others for later.
