What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
You may have seen Emie Pie's egg salad mentioned here before.....I see that you might have egg salad so I thought I would mention that I love my egg salad made with cottage cheese instead of mayo (gets you a little protein boost too) with Trader Joes everything but the bagel seasoning. I have boiled eggs in the fridge so that might be dinner later this week.
Once you get the base of Emiepie's egg salad down, you can fool around with it. Bacon is a nice addition and I put in a little diced turkey pepperoni the other day.

I remember that well - I just wanted to chew! The good thing is that even though it seems like a long time when you are transitioning through the eating phases, it isn't really too bad in retrospect.

Good Morning! First day of Spring and I have seen the East Coast has more snow headed their way, we have rain in the forecast.
Accountability: I ate ALL THE THINGS last night.
QOTD: We were RH twinning last night! I have had the same Coconut almond bar a few times and sometimes I have been okay and others it has lead to RH (I think it depends on what I have eaten around it or with it). My RH usually hits me about an hour and half later with very similar symptoms. Since my "trouble time" (when I snack) is after dinner, when it hits me I am asleep and wake up sweating and shaky. Last night I had to get up and eat something to feel better (peanut butter crackers and a banana). None of my episodes really stick out as being the worst since they are all pretty similar.

Good morning everyone and happy Equinox!
I got home last night and my husband was there (he usually works nights). he has the worst sinus infection I have ever seen and he was almost admitted by his Doc yesterday but he gave him some antibiotics and hopefully it will get better quickly. his neck is swollen almost twice its normal size and he said he can't remember when he was ever in this much pain...but the doctor was sure it was just a bad sinus infection. He's not usually a big complainer about colds and stuff so I can tell this is bad.
i spent the last 2 days playing nurse, but it makes me feel useful to get him pillows and advil since I can't make the pain go away. It's awful watching loved ones suffer.
My daughter has a cold too so she was up half the night and ended up in my bed with me while by husband slept on the recliner again. thank GOD I get to have coffee again! LOL
QOTD: only 5 weeks out, I dont think Ive had actual RH or dumping yet but probably just nausea caused by eating too much or too fast while learning how to use my new pouch...I have gotten pretty severe nausea that lasted 1-2 hours with chills but no racing heart or light headedness, etc.
B: egg bite w/ham, turkey bacon and white cheddar
MS: coffee w/caramel Premier protein
L: leftover cauliflower/turkey sausage bake
AS: baby bel cheese
D: probably leftover stuffed cabbage casserole
have a great day everyone!
