Is there a week 5 stall??
i am frustrated, the scale is not moving. I am ending week 5 and have lost 26 pounds so far. My today's menu is:
B- Hard boiled egg
Lunch-4 Steamed shrimp
afternoon snack- 2 left over shrimp
Dinner plan-3 ounces of baked chicken
i am getting in 64 ounces of water and my vitamins..
Am I eating too much? Or doing something else wrong??
Starting weight-374 lbs Surgery weight-306 lbs Pre-op- -68 lbs M1- -21 lbs M2- -3 lbs M3- -13 lbs

Not everybody stalls in week 3; it can happen at any time in the first month and a half, really.
Your menu looks good to me, though I'm not sure if I'd have been able to eat a full 3oz of chicken so soon out.
Keep doing what you're doing, and the scale will move again!

I don't think there's an actual "stall schedule" but 26 lbs in 5 weeks is great.
Stay away from the scale for awhile and keep following your program.
I weighed in once a month at the very beginning. It's only now that I'm at goal that I weigh in once a week.
