Hi everyone, how are you? Did you all have a good weekend? Mine was good, really busy but good. Its been very sunny here but cold and windy, they are calling for sun all week but still really cold. I have to say seeing the sun out sure feels good for the mind, body & soul.
Accountability: great, I ate on plan
QOTD: What is the strangest thing you have ever eaten? Many years ago my boyfriend at the time (I was 20) was really into hunting. He had me over for Christmas dinner and told me they were serving a roast. No problem I like roast beef (so I thought it was beef). We had dinner, I ate the roast and it did taste different to me but I just figured everyone's Mom cooked their roast's differently. It wan't until we finished dinner that his Dad says "okay are you going to tell her?" Ugh tell me what??? So my BF says, "Oh you just had Moose meat, we made a moose roast." I was pissed. I would have never eaten it if I had known it was Moose. He was a Jerk.

Good Morning Everyone
I had a great weekend at my sons performances and enjoyed the time away. At the airport to head back to reality!
Accountability: not good while away at all. Once I went off plan I just called it a weekend. Not looking forward to the scale tomorrow. I will do AMAW this week and get back on track.
QOTD: Nothing that I can recall.
Food will be up in the air today because of travel but it will be protein forward. I'll update later. I believe I've developed a gluten intolerance which I believe is a blessing right now. Take care everyone and wish me luck getting back on plan.

Good morning all! I'm getting ready to head into work, where I'm sure I will have 50 voice mail messages and 6000 emails. I had an automatic "out of office" reply on for them but that doesn't actually stop them from coming to my box. Weeee! Also, while the last week I was excited about going back, now that I'm about to go in, and my alarm went off at 5 AM, I'm a little less excited haha! That's how it works I suppose.
QotD: my best friends parents live in the boonies in Wyoming, an fun I used to visit frequently with her. Her dad basically hunts all of their meat. Normally it's moose or elk, but I've also had buffalo, and the most unusual was smoked mountain lion. I actually kind of liked it! Tasted a bit like ham.
accountability: stomach felt weird yesterday, like I just felt bloated all day, I think because I was trying to drink more water (still haven't really gotten to my 64 oz goal, but Im getting close) so I didn't eat much besides breakfast and a bite of dinner.
today:
breakfast: Greek L&F
MS: protein shake
lunch: 1/4 C leftover turkey taco meat with cheese
dinner: crab stuffed flounder (its 6 oz total so I'll maybe eat half? Probably less.)

That's how it goes, isn't it? I sent my laptop off to be updated as I was leaving the office for surgery, with a note on when I'd be back....I'd say it's 50/50 on if it's there when I get there or not, lol.
