hey all- i think the verdict is that Im getting an ulcer. burning in chest can't sleep pain into back and a vomity feeling all around. Calling dr today. Plus allergies/sinus

My pic is below, I'm about 15 pounds heavier now than in this pic, this is before the hernia/twisted bowel diagnosis so I was still having food issues at that point

QOTD: I was not having body issues when I weighed 120- now that I weight 135-140, having more issues coming to grips with a number on a scale when I had weighed less. Yes, I'm physically more healthy now than I was at 120, but it is still hard.

Really not sure on food today, feel very crappy.

You look amazing! You have to come to terms what is a healthy and sustainable weight for you. You've done great! Take good care of yourself and I hope that the doctor finds an answer soon.

Happy Friday, Daisy and Menu Family!

Wow, Daisy, what a change! You look FANTASTIC!

QOTD: I also didn't fully realize how large I was before surgery until I would see myself in a photo and cringe! Now I'm still pleasantly surprised at the sizes of clothes that I can wear and I think I'm still wearing clothes that are a bit big and baggy on me.

My photos are the ones they took at the WLS Clinic. The first one is post-op by a couple weeks and the second one is from last August. They aren't the clearest pictures, but they do seem to show my weight loss.

Accountability: Yesterday I had a large pouch day. I was hungry ALL day long! I ate good-for-me food, just a lot of it. Protein - 118, Calories - 1,432, Carbs - 126.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: hamburger

D: microwave meal

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a FANTASTIC day everyone! Love seeing all your pictures!

Karen, you look so great! I am glad that you have been able to try new things like horseback riding.

Thank you, Janet! Yes, before I would've been way to heavy to ride on a horse!
