Happy Friday Meat-a-saurus's Its Photo Friday and today we are doing "Before & After!" Let's see those awesome pics! What's everyone up to this weekend? We are going over for dinner to a friends house, the guy is a chef and an incredible cook, it will be hard not to eat everything but I will keep it protein forward! And Sunday I am going over to a very good girlfriends of mine's house, she was just diagnosed with uterine cancer yesterday and is devastated and not handling it well, I am so sad for her.
Accountability: on plan, no extra BLTs
QOTD: Do you feel that you have any body image issues or body dysmorphia post surgery? I for sure have body image issues. I still see myself as a 275 lbs woman. I still go into the plus size section of clothing stores as I still don't believe I am the size I am. 99% of the time if I take clothes into a change room to try on I will have at least 2 sizes to big. When I look in the mirror I still see a MO woman. Not sure if or when this will change, if it even ever does.
Time since surgery: 4 yrs + 4 months
B: decaf all day with 2 vanilla PP used as creamer
L: red bell pepper, goat cheese, 1 hard boiled egg, pumpkin seeds & balsamic tossed as a salad
S: two baby bel cheese & 2oz of mini carrots

S: SF chocolate pudding
TOTALS: 916 calories, 92 protein, 39 carbs
V: patches are on
E: 15km bike ride and upper body day (biceps/triceps/chest/shoulders)

It's interesting to see the reactions or non-reactions of people who haven't seem me as I lost weight. People don't always recognize me.
