6 months!!! Pictures!!
6 months! 6 months ago I made the decision to put my health first and I don't regret it one bit. My projected weight for 6 months was 188 and I surpassed that goal. I am down 97 pounds from my highest weight and 77 pounds since surgery! I am only 8 pounds away from my personal weight goal! I had labs drawn, my b12 level is way to high and need to decrease that supplement and my vitamin d level is on the low side of normal so I need to start taking that medication. My a1c was 5.7, hemoglobin was 13, and liver enzymes have decreased. I have had some sleep/fatigue issues but that could be because of the b12 and vit d levels. I don't meet with my surgeon again for 6 months.

You look fantastic! Good job. Side note...I have a tattoo in the same location on my shoulder, have been worried about it distorting with drastic weight loss - how's yours holding up?

Lookin good, I like the photo with the same clothes, I'm looking forward to getting into the same spot. The thing I noticed is that your arms look great, I keep being concerned about excess skin.
