Made it to the losers bench
Well I made it to the losers bench! I have had some very crampy aches, no Gass passed yet, and I have had weird problems releasing all my urine. But they said it could be from the morphine. Goal today walking. But man I am bloated like I'm 9 months pregnant. I couldn't sleep all night but I'm hoping all this passes soon.
It took a couple days for my gas to start dissipating, but walking was definitely the trick to "jiggle it loose" haha. And sipping fluids!

Just get up and walk as frequently as you can. Even if it's just pacing around the house. You'll feel better in no time!

walking helps immensely. I just had my surgery Monday and afterwards I was so bloated i felt bigger than I had ever been.
Now on Thursday its gone down almost completely. I live in a small apt so I just walk in circles. Which sucks cause my fitbit doesn't even count it half the time. But it for sure helps with all the discomfort.

Congratulations, the first few days of bloat/body filled with gas sucked, but by day 4 I was off pain meds and feeling pretty normal, just don't weigh yourself for at least a week.
Life starts now, good luck.
