Great QOTD. Very therapeutic and the story about having birthday cakes inscribed is just classic. My Achilles heel was milk with/cookies/cereal/donuts/cake/muffins etc. I loved to dunk things in milk. I never made "oreo soup" (another classic!) but I was pretty skilled at knowing just how much to bite off to maximize milk absorption and when to pull out and thus avoiding having to fish out my prize. Nowadays a Dunkin donuts bowtie with a glass of milk would pretty much put me in an RH coma. I don't even look at all those Drakes/Hostess/Little Debbie (Yodels were my fave) mini cakes they sell everywhere. They don't call me anymore.

Hi Everyone,

So down today. It looks like we may not be getting our dream mountain cabin. It was nothing we could control but nonetheless we are sad. :(

Instead of eating myself into oblivion, it was the opposite. I could not bring myself to eat at all. Therefore down another pound and a half. Not hungry today and just drinking my protein.

My favorite food was pasta, bread and cheese. It is very hard for me if bread is in the house. Have no trouble with sweets saying no.

Food for the day:

1 1/2 protein scoops isopure

coffee

bite of a hamburger and half chick pea fry

Dinner: unsure.

Snack low carb yogurt

I used to go to McD alone and order enough for 3-4 people and EXPLAIN to the poor worker that this was for my whole family!! Like he cared. No I don't do fast food anymore. Ick
