Accountability: Good

QOTD: This is a real sore spot for me. We have a provider for cell (AT&T) & separate for cable/internet (Comcast/Xfinity). Good service for both, but I think we pay wayyyyy to much for all the more we use it. I wish we could find a more economical method to suit our needs. The satelite provider in our area doesn't do internet and I've hear mixed reviews on service so we're kinda stuck.

Good morning!

I went out to dinner with my cousin last night because I did my makeup out of boredom, thought I looked fantastic and the world needed to see me :P I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun, and it came with fries. I let my cousin eat the fries, and I brought home most of the chicken. It's was super juicy but I'm worried it will dry out when I reheat it.

heading to the gym with DH, I'll miss going together when I go back to work next week. I start my shift earlier than him and going in the mornings isn't feasible for me during the work week. I'm super bored at home at this point and ready to get back into the swing of things.

Accountability: I was low on both fluids and protein yesterday, I think because I slept in so late. I ended up only having the one Premier Protein after the gym, and that bit of chicken sandwich at dinner and maybe 20 oz of water. Bad!

B: protein shake (chocolate with instant decaf coffee added)

Good morning :)

We are off to the states today to do a little shopping -- mostly groceries for me. My mom also had WLS and she hasn't been over to see what's available. I have a good list going ;) We are also taking my little brother and his fiancee (she has never been to the states at all and is very excited).

QOTD: as I'm also in Ontario we are with the other main provider Bell. We currently have everything with them in a bundle but we plan to cancel it shortly to save money. All we really need is internet for DH's work.

Post-op three years.

Breakfast - pb and banana

Snack - protein bar

Lunch - tbd at food court

Snack - Greek yogurt

Dinner - spaghetti sauce and black bean noodles

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

We had a really good day :) and the customs agent thought it was really funny that I used a paper food wrapper to write down our spending amounts when crossing back into Canada.

I was in Victoria last week. It was beautiful. I was in Vancouver in February. He will love it. Enjoy your travels.
