Late to the party today! I slept way in because I was up overthinking all night. My ex husbands new wife sent me a Facebook friend request and rather than messaging to ask what she wanted, I stayed up fretting about every possibility she would want to talk to me. I'm thinking I'll message her to see, and it it just sounds like drama I'll block. I haven't done anything with the friend request yet.

I just slow-jogged/half walked a mile at the gym, so heading home to shower and want to organize my photos into albums. I have a big messy box of photos I took from middle school and high school.

QotD: I am allergic to penicillin, and have a mild chocolate allergy, but it doesn't seem as bad with dark chocolate. Milk chocolate used to make me throw up as a kid, and now I just don't care for it. Bad connotations I guess. If I want a bit of chocolate (rare) I will go for the darkest I can find.

Breakfast: kinda missed the boat on breakfast. I'm having a protein shake now

lunch: tuna packet

dinner: we'll see. Jeremy is gone tonight so whatever I pull out of the freezer. I've been freezing all our leftovers for easy-grab meals.

Hello my RnY friends, happy Tuesday!

I read Colonial Van Lines the riot act yesterday and shortly afterwards, the actual driver of the van carrying my stuff and the office of the company Colonial farmed my move out to called me. Hopefully they will live up to their promise to deliver today! it's already quarter to 10, so I will call them again after I'm done posting. I don't really have much confidence in their promise! But here's hoping!

QOTD: I can get very congested in very dusty environments, but I have to be there for quite a while before it gets to me. It clears up pretty much right away when I leave, which is good. I also have a reaction to nickel in cheap jewelry, so basically I don't wear it. Even 14k gold (usually a necklace) will occasionally bother me, but as long as I take the offending piece off and let my skin recover for a couple of days, I'm fine to resume wearing it without further irritation. Just strange!

First: tea with cashew milk, 19 oz., to be repeated 5x throughout the day

B: roast beef and a little cheese

L: chicken thigh

D: turkey, a little cheese

S: a little more roast beef

I really am missing my food scale and the scale i weigh myself on! I should have taken those in my car, but the movers first said they'd deliver on 3/01, and I didn't realize how incorrect that would turn out to be! I really look forward to weighing myself, I want to see where I'm at, weight-wise! Yesterday was my 9-month surgiversary! Only 3 more months to the 1-year mark! I have big plans for the next 9 months (i.e., Hitting goal), and hope I'm on track.

Have a wonderful day my friends! Stay warm, those of you enduring winter's (hopefully) last blast!

Hello everyone,

It's a snow day here and I've needed this so bad. I haven't had a day off since January 3rd! I'm cleaning, cooking protein forward and spending time with the kitties while sipping coffee and watching the snow fall. Really couldn't have ordered a better day if I'd tried.

Accountability; after being off planall weekend I was completely on plan yesterday.

QOTD: I'm allergic to metals, penicillin and thymerisol. Lately the few times I've had gluten I've gotten hives on my lips and had terrible stomach pain from gas so I'm thinking I've developed an intolerance. Not sure though.

B: coffee and premiere protein, babybel

L; frittata

D: pork and spaghetti squash

S: fage with pb2

Hello everyone,

Accountability: 100% on plan.

QOTD: Allergies are the bane of my existence! I'm allergic to peppermint, any cholesterol meds, pet hair, dust, anything that blooms outside, grass, hay and other stuff! The only thing that helps are decongestants and I can't take anything that contains it because of my heart condition. So I just suffer all year round. Flonase spray does help a tiny bit but it gives me nose bleeds so I use it very infrequently.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: Emie's eggs salad with tuna added

S: 2oz turkey breast

D: 5oz Stew Leonard's turkey Italian sausage, broccoli rabe

S: 2 oz turkey breast

Cals:727, Carbs:9, Protein: 95

Enjoy the rest of your day everybody!

Ooo how do you make your rose sauce. I bought some food grade rose buds that i planned to use but never found a recipe for it besides deserts. But i would love to hear your recipe.
