Not on the app, but this is what it looks like on a desktop web version, whether it's a free or paid version.
I'm cold (45 here). It is suppose to be 70 today but the mornings (especially without the heat on) are chilly. But at least there isn't any chance of snow!
QOTD: No real allergies, though I'm sensitive to pollen (when it is really thick) and to nickel in jewelry (I don't think they use it much anymore due to many people having this sensitivity). I consider myself quite lucky as my brother was always allergic to everything (grass, trees, animals,...).
1 year, 11.5 months post-op

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Tuna, pickles and cottage cheese

Good morning Daisy and menu crew! There is nothing worse than being woke up by a piercing alarm. I am always in a daze when it happens and then it is hard to get back to sleep. Drunk driving is so foolish, there is such a focus on it, yet there are still folks that do not take it serious. Everyone has a cell phone and has no excuse not to make the call. Judgmental of me, hell yeah. I took an oath to never drink and drive as I did not want my kids to see me doing it. to this day my oldest son will call us if he needs a ride, he will NOT take a chance. I do not always like it, but do not complain or give him a hard time regardless of the time.
Accountability- I added a protein bar last night.
QOTD - Penicillon as a toddler , I had bad alleriges as a kid and required shots, but seemed to outgrow them.

I don't think that's judgemental of you! More like using good judgement. The young girl who passed away last week that I mentioned in another post wa**** by a drunk driver not stopping at a red light. It's selfish and dangerous to drive while intoxicated.
you sound like a good papa bear for being willing to pick up your son!
I am not always happy about it, but never complain to him as I would rather he call me.
It is selfish and dangerous for someone to drink and drive. It is so sad that a young life was taken by a Drunk driver. I spent 15 years as a Volunteer firefighter and can tell you that first responders are there to help everyone, we get very upset and discouraged when it is known that the result of an accident is because of impaired driving.

My parents always told us this when we were growing up too...even when we were underage (because most teenagers will find a way)...if we were out somewhere and drinking, no matter what time of night, if we called them for a ride home we would not get in trouble.
my brother and sister and I have all done it at least once. one time it was actually all 3 of us at a party together and my parents had a mini van. we ended up piling about 8 drunk people aged 17-23 in there and my parents brought everyone back to our house to sober up til the next morning.
They were definitely not the strictest of parents but they always made sure people were safe if they were drinking. We had NYE parties at their house several years when we were all in our 20's and EVERYONE had to check their keys with my dad before they got to have a drink.
It worked for us, we were mostly responsible teenagers.

Judgemental or not, I think it's very valid! I know way too many people who have been affected by driving impaired due to one substance or another. My friend from college has a sister who will never be the same because of someone who thought it would be just fine to get behind the wheel. Good for you for being a strong example for your family.
