Last Call: CAMAW/AMAW Results!
Sorry! I haven't been online this weekend.
I didn't weight myself. BUT CAMAW was an amazing success!! I didn't have a granola/protein bar all week and I think I finally got that monkey off my back. I felt great and I ate much less than I had planned. Aside from my yogurt snack and premier protein for my tea? I was really AMAW. and it was fantastic! I had a bad headache for the first 3 days but once I got past that? I felt AMAZING and back in control.
I'm going to keep going on CAMAW today. I had some veggies on the weekend, but nothing major. I also never went off plan. so again, A win!!

I'm here!! I was 180.4 last Sunday and now I'm 176.6. I think next time I do it, I'll do CAMAW. I missed my cottage cheese and eggs.
