Accountability: On plan.
QOTD: I sleep a whole lot less post WLS. Pre WLS I would sleep 9 or 10 hrs easy. Now it's between 5 - 7. I do fall asleep pretty quickly. Many times I wish I could sleep longer but my brain says no way!
