Hi everyone,

Accountability: On plan.

QOTD: I sleep a whole lot less post WLS. Pre WLS I would sleep 9 or 10 hrs easy. Now it's between 5 - 7. I do fall asleep pretty quickly. Many times I wish I could sleep longer but my brain says no way!

B: 2 eggs, italian sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 2 1/2 oz chicken breast

D: 5oz top sirloin steak, 1/3 C broccoli rabe

S: 2 oz turkey breast

Cals:728, Carbs:6, Protein:96
