Also for QOTD: I have 2 piercings in each ear, and always wear the small diamond studs we gave DD for her 30th birthday in the back ones.

Super late post here - another crazy day in PA. We're supposed to go to a camper show tomorrow - should be fun. Unrelated but good news - son had lasik surgery on Wednesday, he called and said he can't believe what a difference it made. Seeing things so much better now. His wife is going to have it done in the next month or two - hope she is just as successful.

Accountability: Good

QOTD: I had my ears pierced, but was allergic to every metal I tried to put in there. Finally decided it wasn't worth the pain and let the holes grow shut. I never was a big jewelry person anyhow.

B: decaf coffee w/protein powder

S: (this was unplanned but I already had it) - 1/2 protein bar

L: can of tuna, string cheese

S: Greek LnF yogurt

D: Not sure yet, but will make it an on plan protein

S: Clementine (maybe)

E: We were supposed to walk after work but it's too cold and windy.

P.S. I love the dress!

Afternoon!

I was MIA yesterday as I had someone at my desk or by my side the whole day! Jeesh!!

Accountability: Wednesday I did great, Yesterday was an off day. I never ate enough, but was on plan until around 8pm last night at work. I fell. and I mean FELL into some timbits. I had 3. SIGH. BUT on the plus side I ended up spending some time in the bathroom. Relief!!! Sorry if TMI. But it was starting to become an issue. Didn't go over calories as I had pretty minimal food yesterday. It seems like I'm doing more AMAW for meals-no cheese etc and they are filling me up!!

QOTD: I have my ears pierced. That's it. Funny you should ask this question. I've been doing the online dating thing. one of the man asked me about tattoo's last week. I said I had none. He said oh sorry. I only date women with Tat's. (I thought it was strange and hilarious at the same time)

Love the dress!! I say go for it!!

Menu:

Breakfast: tea with restoralx, and premier protein, 1 chicken breakfast sausage.

Snack: Skyr yogurt with protein powder added in

Lunch: 1 thai turkey sausage with spicy mayo for dipping

snack: well I had one planned. but I'm not going to bother. I'm not hungry right now.

Supper: working again tonight, so I'm going to bring a budding pack of honey ham with me.

Have to make sure I get my water in. I was so dehydrated last night at work. I think that was part of my problem as well. I did manage to get in 27654 steps and 43 flights of stairs according to fitbit so I'll take that.

Have a great day/night everyone!

Not a lot planned for me this weekend except I may help my parents work on a house they are flipping. It's actually good exercise in a way. Lots of wall paper to remove and painting to be done.

QOTD: I have 14 tattoos ( technically 13 since one was covered up.) I also have 9 piercings, 7 of them in my ears alone. After I lose the last of my weight and get any skin surgery I need, I plan to have a full sleeve tattoo.

B: quick oats with cinnamon, coffee with SF creamer

L: protein drink

D: Protein drink

S:cottage cheese

E: walking

Good afternoon! I'm a bit late in checking in, but I'm pretty exhausted and it's been a day and a half today.

Last night's concert was amazing. I've never seen Trooper or Loverboy before, and honestly couldn't pick them out of a lineup of grandpas. Both put on a great show, and my wife and I had a good evening. I'm sure tired today though. I crawled into bed at around 2 a.m. and was up for 5:30 to get ready for my walk in to work. Feeling it now as the day draws to a close.

Menu: Breakfast was a cheese string and a protein bar, followed by a coffee after a while. MS: Oikos yogurt with some Vector granola mixed in, same for AS. Lunch was chili, and I crushed up a half dozen tostito chips that was a nice little treat with the chili.

Supper will likely be chili again, maybe a chicken breast on a bed of spinach or something. On-plan anyway.

I was down 1.8 lbs from yesterday this morning, which was nice to see. I'm thinking that this weekend will be a trip to a thrift store. It's been a few weeks now but my pants are on the move again, LOL.

QOTD: No piercings or tats that I know of (college was a wee bit of a blur at times, LOL).

THis weekend should be fun. Tonight I'm not doing anything but keeping the couch from walking away. I'm exhausted and it's time to charge up a bit. Tomorrow I'm taking the kids swimming and then to an evening hockey game with my Dad on board too. Sunday I'm drumming at church, then hitting the gym before visiting with family that are flying in. Hoping that these plans don't alter much but you never know.

I am not on menu board but saw your post of Chili...... I love chili too. What kind do you do? I make mine with the McCormick Chili packets (I use 2 packs and 1.25 to 1.40 of ground beef, 2 cans diced tomatoes with the onion and garlic, small tiny can of tomato sauce and 2 cans of kidney beans)

just wondering what your chili is?

Thanks.

LOL well, it varies but it always has more meat than what is called for. On occasion the ground beef is pork or turkey substituted, and it's awesome. We make it in larger quantities because we love it as a family, and my youngest is a chili FIEND.

Will try and find the recipe and post it. Similar to what you've listed though, with a bunch of other spices.

Thanks would love to shake it up and try another recipe! Chili is one of my go to protein foods all these years and I never grow tired of it!

That link leads to a nearly identical recipe to mine, except my tomatoes aren't canned so there's a few more steps. I also add a couple more spices and a teaspoon of lemon pepper. Other than that it's really close. Very good!

Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.

Thank you very much! Seems similar to what I do (I have used the rotel canned tomatoes before and looks to be alot same spices) but I will have to buy some lemon pepper! That might give a new taste! I might have but it must be old if I do!!! Thanks for sharing!
