What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Happy Friday everybody! Daisy, I love the dress...I'm pretty partial to pink and that one sure looks lovely. If it's a skosh too long, maybe platform heels would work?
Staying on track -- it's going so well that this might just turn into AMAM for me!
QOTD: Just the pierced ears I received as a 13th birthday gift from my mom. We had them done by our family doctor, and she had hers done at the same time - she said she thought it would make me less nervous, but I wasn't nervous at all. They've never given me an issue, even when I go years without earrings, so he must have done a good job. :)
B: 4 oz finnan haddie
L: 4 oz pork ribs (no sauce of course)
D: 3 oz Alaskan halibut

Headed to the gym pretty quick here, will see if I can edit to add a photo when I return. Hope you all have a terrific day! My photo is my hometown (the star on the mountainside is lit before Christmas and stays on until the last Iditarod musher crossed the finish line in Nome).

Pure protein bar with tons of coffee (got tired of a shake today)
Lunch: probably hamburger or tuna with salad
Dinner: Totally unsure but might go out and indulge in a bunless hamburger and some veggies

Good morning,
I'm going to see my friend tonight, Saturday I'm having my friend's grandson spend the night. Go to church and probably see my dad since I didn't see him last weekend.
Accountability my electric went out before I could get my second coffee made and my stove wouldn't start so I went out to eat and had chicken tenders and I didn' have lunch. I was offered Oreos and chips while visiting my friend in the nursing home, I turned them down, I was proud of myself.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D bbq pulled pork
Have a good day
My picture is a cup I won and received the other day.
Good Morning and happy Fri-YAY! Daisy, you have to get that dress-it gorgeous and you would make it look even more so! Nothing too exciting on planned for the weekend, I have a hair appt tomorrow (just a trim) and hubby has to work for a few hours but other than the normal stuff there should be some relaxation time in there-need to catch up on some shows on our DVR.
Accountability: Added a fiber 1 protein bar and banana last night
QOTD: I have my ears pierced (two in each ear) and now 2 tattoos, one on my left wrist (it's a dove since Em's nickname is bird with her heartbeat following the bird) and newest one I got last weekend (it's on my left inner-ankle and is my one of my photo-Friday pics). The two hearts represent my two beagles I have lost (Ruppert this past November and Baxter 10 years ago). The other pic is this morning just playing with Snapchat.

Daisy, I'm not a good internet shopper with clothes, I'd totally need to try it on, but I'm also 5'5" tall, and I think you could totally pull it off with heels for sure. The dress is beautiful!
I'm so ready for the weekend, but I need it to go slow... I'll be travelling Monday afternoon through Friday afternoon, and I'll be super duper busy, in a small oilfield town in South Texas in the middle of NO WHERE... surely there will be plenty of meat for me there, right??
QOTD: I have pierced ears (5 holes, but really only use 2 here lately) and two tattoos... one of them is a funny story... it's on my toe and I wanted a toe ring, but I got a toe flag... it's a long story, but I embrace my toe flag anyway ;) The other one I got in November with my daughter. She drew it a few years ago and we both went on her 18th birthday and got matching tattoos. What I didn't foresee was that I'll be getting another one when my son turns 18 on the other ankle (HE'S so excited...I totally didn't think that through enough LOL) It's all good though, as no matter what it ends up being, it will be very special to me.
Did another great day on CAMAW! Under 900 again, calories yesterday 823! Woot Woot! Hoping I can keep this up through the weekend, and see how far I can go with it.
B: 3 ounces of taco meat - i was going to add some cheese, and I forgot this morning. Boo!
S: 3 ounces of pork chop.
L: 3 ounces of cheeseburger patty
S: 1 ounce of beef jerky
D: 4 ounces of ribeye
Here's my tattoo that is matching with my daughter's. She drew it with color and that's what I got, but her's is just black. I think I need to get the color filled in a little more, and the guy said he'd do that anytime I wanted. (and now I see how dry my winter legs are! Ick!)
