Hello Menu Makers! Its that favourtie day of the week, its Friday which means its the weekend and its Photo Friday - open topic, post whatever you like. Remember next Friday - March 16th we will do "Before & After" photos. What are you all up to this weekend? We have a busy weekend. Saturday we have a bunch of running around to do, Costco, Dog food store, groceries etc and going out for dinner with my parents. My MIL is picking up a new puppy, she is getting an 8 week old Bichon Frise, a male who she has named "Tiger." We are going over on Sunday to see her & the new puppy.
Accountability: on plan, but last night I really really wanted some chocolate! I would have killed for a Cadbury Easter Cream Egg (I LOVE THEM). But I resisted, made a cup of decaf coffee and watched a movie instead.
QOTD: Do you have any tattoos or piercings? I have my ears pierced but no tattoos. I really want to get a tattoo, something that I want to design myself that will incorporate my hubby and two Labs. I do want it to have lots of colour so I guess I better get saving up as I hear that the more colour the more expensive it is!
Time since surgery: 4 yrs + 3 months
B: rivers of decaf with vanilla PP used as creamer then two baby bel cheese
L: can of tuna with balsamic dressing
S: 4 slices of bacon
D: 5 chicken wings (going out for dinner)
S: two hard boiled eggs
TOTALS: 896 calories, 105 protein, 34 carbs
V: Patches are on (Iron, Multi, B12, Vit D & Calcium) + extra oral D3 and B12
E: none, rest night. But will take the dogs for a 5km run in the evening

My photo Friday pic is a dress I saw on FB and I fell in love with it. I want all of your opinion if you think I should get it? The model in the pic looks tall, I am not tall, only 5'5" so not sure if this would suit me. I have a few weddings and engagement parties to go to this Summer and thought this would be great.

Morning! I am running late. I slept terribly. Weekend? I have no idea. I might go glasses shopping with mom, but otherwise I have nothing. The dress is lovely! I could never pull off that full length dress, but you are probably tall enough! The color is dreamy.
Accountability: Perfect again, loving AMAW. But I have doubled down on Miralax and Colace, with no results. I feel a very grumbly belly. I actually changed up my dinner yesterday and added bacon so that I could get some fat, which I hoped would help, but... not yet.
QOTD: Just pierced ears. I am super artsy and I'm intrigued by tattoos, but I don't think I could commit to the same design forever.

Good morning menu folks. I'm feeling really tired this morning. I hope I haven't been overdoing things. I have been teleworking 4-6 hours a day this week with resting in between. This morning I could barely get out of bed. I may do less hours of work today and try to rest a bit more. I'm also still having some abdominal aching so maybe I am using my abs too much.
QOTD: My ears are double pierced.

Photo Friday: Pictures from horseback riding last weekend. I got to ride Sugar, my favorite horse and groom her and feed her treats. We got to do some acrobatic riding on a different horse, including lying down on the horse's back while he was walking and swing our legs around so we were riding on him backwards. It was a lot of fun and I got to trot Sugar, too.
