Morning DD and OHer's, made it through another CAMAW day....only the evening was a little difficult...I am not allowing myself to eat anything after dinner...just drinking lots of water and it all seems to be working really well! I m actually happy planning my meals out and then eating what I've listed. Actually I eat a little less than what I list...frequently that last ounce or so of salmon just doesn't want me to swallow it...same with the second egg...that last bite....so it goes in a paper napkin and in the garbage!!! HD finished the salmon for me...the head may have wanted to eat more but the pouch told me I better not!--- Listen to the pouch!
QOTD I am grateful that I have good health...so far I take no medications other than my vitamins... this month I start the process of having my right knee replaced ..(the left knee was already replaced in August)...the future looks bright!
Coffee, cream, optifiber, vitamins, lots of water
B 2hb eggs, 1 bacon

Good morning! It is cooler here in Florida (low 50's this morning, high of 71 today). But we are missing the storms in Massachusetts (yeah)!
CAMAW has gone well for me. My carb cravings are definitely reduced and I've lost a bit more than a pound (I'm in maintenance).
QOTD: I am thankful for being able to retire at 62 and for the new friends I've made here in Florida. It is going to hard to go home next month!

Morning Crew!
So yesterday at my shadow experience was difficult. The highschool I was at lost a student. She was very involved in sports and peer mentoring, so lots of people are impacted. She wa**** by a semi truck that was running a red light Tuesday night--so her loss is very unexpected. We basically did grief counseling triage yesterday. I am honored and humbled that these sweet highschool students let me into their hearts and hear their pain and sorrow. Keep these teens in your prayers, and hug your loved ones a little closer.
A: I ate mostly on plan. But we didn't have a chance to have a lunch or water break. So by 3 I was running out of steam with no food or water in my body (excuses, I know). I had a diet soda for an energy boost and to ease the headache. Speaking of. Thoughts on soda? I hear such mixed things. I say at least it's no calories, where as the Starbucks drink I wanted had a couple hundred.
Then I added some whip cream on my coffee. Other than that, on plan.
QOTD: I'm so thankful for my family. I'm beyond blessed to have such godly parents and the coolest sister ever.
Im also thankful for doggos ;)
CAMAW:

We lost a student to suicide when I was teaching and it was terrible. She was not an outcast, she had many friends and was in a few clubs and teams...
