You are doing great. As others have said focus on hydrating and protein. You barely have room for more than a bite maybe two at this point, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I lost 16 lbs the first month and have lost over 200 lbs altogether. I started at 372 lbs. Your doctor is a jerk. People lose at all different rates depending on many different factors. He should know this.

I also added a few veggies at that point - not much, but some. A couple of bites. Non-starchy, non-stringy vegetables. And not raw veggies - those came later. I ate things like green beans, broccoli, cauliflower....
