Good Morning! Daisy, I am so sorry you are having continued migraines-I truly hope today is better for you. We are getting some sun and the Spring flowers are starting to bloom which for us means allergy season and with comes sinus headaches but those don't compare to migraines.
Accountability: Evening snacking got the best of me.
QOTD: Sometimes I tall to myself out loud but it's usually when I am concentrating on something. Now to my pets ....ALL.THE.TIME. Em has laughed at me for saying excuse me to them when they are in my path.

Good morning. Yesterday was hard!! Lots of work drama. I could feel my pulse beating in my face. Near my work is a taco truck and they have the best fries.. I had a moment when I thought mmmm fries, I resisted! I came home and had 2 chicken skewers.
QOTD- I talk to myself all the time. I talk to my dog and cat too.

Talk to myself out loud? Of course. I miss having s doggie to talk to. Totally relate to the sports thing... when I tutored English I would always tell my students to read what they wrote outloud as it helps you catch errors.

Sitting at Dept of Labor with my nephew. Wheee... Didn't have time for breakfast before I left so I grabbed what I've been called my adult lunchables. Hillshire farm snacking plates. They are really good. I like the Proscuitto, (also has cheese and Melba toast. 220c 15g protein 11g carb) Not for everyday but a nice change from grabbing a bar. More a maintenance item. Wouldn't have eaten this during WL stage
I also like the apple Chardonnay which is just jerky and cheese.
Goals: protein forward, get my water in.

Not too much planned for today. Had to unexpectedly wash out the bottom half of my fridge after something leaked. Yuck. Blech.
I agree -- this snow can stop any time. I do know it could be worse... Sounds like some places have been absolutely swamped this week.
Accountability: not able to participate in CAMAW this time but I hope everyone is doing well!! Little bit needs all the carbs these days ;)
QOTD: I don't talk to myself per se. I do sometimes talk to other drivers such as when the cut me off or do something stupid. I also talk to my dogs. And sometimes I talk on behalf of my dogs. The female is quite sassy and has a potty mouth. I feel like such a nutter saying that, but she has always had a sassy and fiesty attitude, despite not being able to actually speak ;)

Good morning! Laundry day here and since I haven't had a home or a washer in 10 years it means another trek to the dreaded laundromat. At least it's not as bad as it is in Kodiak where before loading a washer I have had to scrub one after a fisherman had emptied it. I know, they say it's the smell of money but still - gak!
Still on track and loving AMAW ~ cravings went away fairly quickly and it's nice to not have them finally. QOTD: I don't think I talk to myself at all. But I do whistle a lot, ha!

accountability: oh man. I started CAMAW a day late and yesterday was a very hard white knuckle day. I wasn't even hungry but I ended up eating more food than I needed just because I couldn't stop thinking about everything that I can't have this week. At least it was all CAMAW approved.
qotd: hahaha I talk to myself all the time. Usually when I'm stressed or annoyed with a situation. I also talk to my pets even though I know they can't understand what I'm saying.

Morning DD and OHer's, yesterday was easier(for me) than the first day of CAMAW on Monday...It was still a little hard as I made dinner for my 2 giant grandsons (6'3, and 6'10)...and the food I served for/to them had a lot of additional carb things included...I stuck to my meat plan for my dinner...yup.
QOTD I talk to my cat (Rygil P. Rex) and I think he understands... of course it's all about him! I talk to myself with my thoughts....and am not known for mincing my words..they frequently seem to spontaneously fall out of my mouth....I'm working on that.

Daisy - I can so relate to this relentless migraine. A couple of years ago I had a migraine for THREE weeks, it wouldn?t go away and I was literally seeing stars. The doctor gave me an injection in MY HEAD!!! It was a sort of epidural to numb my head. I can?t tell you the relief...my head was numb for about 12 hours and it gave me a chance to recoup. Hang in there.
I think I have a stomach bug or got food poisoned. For lunch yesterday I had the Italian sausage. Mid afternoon I started having bad cramps, this continued into the night. I thought maybe it was gas. During the night I had the big D (sorry TMI) and today I can?t even look at food or smell it. I also skipped dinner last night. Today I called in sick (too weak) and just trying to figure out what happened. I am 8 months post op, never had any issues until yesterday.
QOTD: I talk to myself, to the monitor, and while Gemma was alive to her all the time.
I am supposed to do CAMAW, but I guess I?ll just stick to liquids, can?t stomach anything else.
