I was on track yesterday for day one. Unfortunately i'm not having any small pouch days, so i'm eating all my meals but that's ok. I hate daylight savings time, that silly one hour messes me up for almost a week! And we lose an hour, not cool.

Hi Everyone,

I made it through my first day of CAMAW exactly as planned! Woohoo.... here's to day two. I'm looking forward to getting back and reading everyones posts next week when I have my life back. I only hope the snow doesn't cancel our dress rehearsal! Until then enjoy everyone.

Good morning,

I did good on the challenge yesterday for eating two meals out, all protein forward. Just a too busy day. A lot sit and wait. I was at the drs for 2 hours. They had to do a complete physical and ekg but I did get the medication Vynasse for binge eating, hopefully it will help. Also I will start therapy next week if my insurance will cover it. Maybe now I'll get my weight under control.

Qotd I like the spring ahead because it's so much lighter out. Fall I hate due to much darkness, it affects my depression.

I'm in the same boat. The darkness is so brutal here! We only get 3 hours of daylight in the middle of winter.. and it's the hours when we're all at work haha. Finally getting sun again woo!!!

Hello All!

I'm late to the CAMAW challenge, but luckily I was pretty close to it yesterday by chance :)

I'm with you Daisy, I don't really like Daylight Savings either. I'm ok with in the spring, but in fall it is super depressing.

Time since surgery: 4+ yrs

B - 2 string cheeses & coffee

L - Chicken breast

S - Prosciotto and cheese sticks

D - Chicken breast

E - 30 min spinning and 10 min HIIT session

The AMAW week is off to a good start. I met my brother and step-mom for breakfast and just had ham. What was amusing was we ended up with zero carbs at the entire table since they both ate protein only too!

QOTD: Daily Savings Time makes no sense in Alaska - except for the first few days when we go back to twilight at mid-day instead of dark, it doesn't make a difference. You go to school/work in the dark and you leave school/work in the dark. In fact, we have voted to do away with it several times, but to no avail. They just say we have to have it because we are already so far from everyone else. This time of year is nice though because we are getting close to equinox so a lot more very welcome daylight!

B - ham steak, 2.5 oz

Good morning! Starting CAMAW a day behind but I'm so excited to be doing straight protein again. Today is day one :)

qotd: I don't really see the point in DST. Doesn't it balance out when we switch back anyway? Why bother? Lol
