The Pizza smelled so good, it drove me creazy...LOL.

Good morning - quick post because I have to leave for my daily walk. I only ate 600 calories yesterday (88 g of protein). Amazing. Also amazing was the Ringling Circus Museum we went to in the afternoon. I'll post pictures later.
QOTD: I hate changing the time. We should just pick one to stay with and be done with it.

hi all I'm not on AMAW but I was very hungry for meat last night so instead of yogurt I had leftover roast beef. It was good and so filling. I think I've also decided the shiritaki soy noodles make me have to toots. The ones with oat fiber do not. bummer since they are the only ones at my kroger. i can look tomm at trader joe or asian grocery and stock up - I have to go to that liver specialist in the big city of atlanta. we will see what she says about the liver number issue.
QOTD: I do not like DST because it messes with my body schedule.
Food for today:
hmmm- I'm kind of burned out on pork so not sure

yogurt
that's all I have now.
Exercise: went to body pump last night- it was hard and at ttimes frustrating? why is my upper body so weak? I'm seeing the muscle build and get bigger from my tabata workouts prior but dang I'm really weak on upper body and lower is way stronger. I'm sure most people have some area to work but I couldn't believe how out of condition my arms are. They have always been weak though and always weak. SO- I may go to a class called body combat or I may do crossfit- OR I may do neither and relax.
We have a sink full of dishes because dishwasher needs to be hooked up (a new one). also laundry is piling up
Hope the liver specialist appointment goes well!

Accountability: 100% on track. I got antsy around 3pm yesterday. I was thinking hmm granola bar. Clearly it's a habit and NOT because I'm hungry. My mind is a dark carb filled space!! LOL
QOTD: I hate it and love it. Love the extra hour I get for that one day and hate it for the rest of the time. But it's better than the year we had double daylight savings time. THAT was torture!!
Menu:
Breakfast: Tea with restoralx and premier protein. I'm going to have to add in something solid here. I'm not usually hungry in the mornings, but yesterday and today I could eat. So tomorrow I'll plan for it.
Snack: Skyr yogurt with protein powder for flavour
Lunch: 4oz of steak
Snack: Light and fit Greek yogurt.
Supper: Chicken thighs have been taken out. NO idea what I'm doing with them. Also have some turkey sausage to cook to have on hand for snacks.
Snack: If needed--turkey sausage
Exercise: Gym tonight. Doing a class and then treadmill. I'm also thinking I'm going to have to start up with my 4am workouts again. it's the only time when I do it, no excuses. I'm just so frigging tired all the time. BUT perhaps the exercise will help!! :) and it's 4am. I have the gym to myself. I feel like a queen! HAHAHAHAHA!

Mornin'!
My brother is leaving later on this morning, so it's back to my routine. Thank goodness (although not that my bro is leaving - I'll miss him! I meant eating routine). Up two pounds, although I suspect a lot of that is water.
i was signed up to go to an all-day career development workshop on campus (they even have sessions for soon-to-be retirees! I thought it'd be great to plan my post-retirement life as I can see myself volunteering or getting some part-time gig), but we had a snowstorm last night, so not sure when (or if..) I'll make it over there. Crap! DH is digging us out right now so we can at least get out of the driveway. I hope the sidewalks on campus are OK so I can walk to the workshop place. I have a bad hip so slippery pavement is not my friend.
QOTD: I don't like it dark in the morning OR in the evening, so I guess it's six-of-one-half-dozen-of-the-other pretty much all year except for May through July or so, but the change itself is hard for a few days - especially the spring one.
2 years 9 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with 1/2 C chocolate protein powder, 2 T Crio Bru grounds, and 2 sliced strawberries
MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake
L: if I'm at the workshop, then whatever they're having (I'll eat protein-forward). If I'm in my office, then a thing of yogurt and 2 T peanut butter on celery sticks
D: leftover Korean steak taco
Good morning DD and OHer's, I'm doing CAMAW and I was reminded several times by my body...that I was hungry! I stayed with my eating plan and just drank more water...I increased my breakfast amount today.
First coffee..then

D 4 oz of ground sirloin
QOTD DST? Meh...just one of those things that happens...kind of like time zones...meh ..all is good
Yeah - the scale is finally starting to move in the right direction! I CANNOT get complacent again.
Accountability: Hungry last night so ate a protein bar. Still within calories for the day
QOTD: Don't like DST especially in the fall. If it's dark I want to be sleeping & 6 pm is a little too early to go to bed even for me. And like the Librarian said, it takes weeks for my cats to adjust.

D: Steak or breakfast (ham & eggs) depending on how long it takes for the oil change after work :)
E: Yeah me - I was finally able to get my lazy self out of bed and did 60+ minutes on the eliptical. It was tough getting started, but felt so much better afterwards. I do much better with my exercise if I can do it in the a.m.
