I had a vitamin Dvtest that came back At 95. Is it time to cut back?

That would be yes for me.

I try to have my D between 50-70. Too high vit D may be as bad as too low IMO. With high D we may absorb too much calcium.

Too much calcium can cause calcium deposits in our veins and arteries, and in organs.

Thanks H.A.L.A

I have been trying to get mine up for years. I started 50,000 units a day on January 1. Nothing else had worked. I know the doctor will be calling so wanted to find out a good range for me. 70 high sounds good. Will check with my doctor.

What dosage do you take to maintain 50-70?

I take 1 to 2 x a week 50,000 IU.

Summers - I often limit to one 50,000 IU. Winter - most of the time 2 times a week. I take it on empty first thing am, dry D3, with no fat for at least 2-3 hours after I take it.

Plus - I take dry K2 in the morning, some times, app 200-400 mcg per day. (as long as I remember)
