Snowed in!
After surveying my Hurricane, my biggest weather worries should be behind me. However, my Ireland trip has been disrupted by the "Beast from the East." We are snowed into the hotel and the whole country has shut down. I'm glad I packed my protein bars, but I did find a great protein rich meal at the hotel that should last me the whole day. Look at all that food! That would have been one meal, once upon a time and now it's more than enough to get me through the day, plus a protein shake on the side. I gave the bread away to another forlorn traveler. My husband!
