I have something similar called Parm Crisps from Kitchen Table Bakers. Crisp, not greasy at all. 7g of protein and no carbs from 3 crackers. My go-to snack when I'm at home. When I'm out and about I take Moon Cheese, which I've bought at Starbucks and is also available on Amazon. Moon Cheese comes in cheddar and mozzarella varieties. I prefer the cheddar. That's a bit greasier but it's really easy to keep a bag in the car and then I'm not tempted to stop in at a convenience store when I'm hungry. I do home visits so I drive around all day.

So I don't really like the 'cheese ball' substitutes, but I have found the cracker like cheese crisps, and I love them.

Whole Foods has one called Perfectly Crisp, and I got the Everything spiced ones, and I'm in love with them!

110 calories, 4.5g of fat, 2g of carb, and 8 g of protein in one serving... I find it easy to only eat 1/2 of a serving, so they're a good choice for me.

I got some at sams a few weeks ago.

I also buy the Sargento Thin sliced cheese, cut them into 4 and then bake them on parchment paper. They make "cheese its"
