Hi,

These are great. 1g Carb per serving and 13g Protein. Bought it on Amazon but I understand that Costco and Walmart has them too.

What are your favorites?

I found them at my local HEB and thought they were super yummy, but a little greasy. I counted mine out onto a paper towel and by the time I finished eating them, my paper towel was a grease covered Window to Weight Gain. Portion control!

cheese usually equals fat :) I don't worry too much about fat (within reason). I seem to stay on course with lower carbs and high protein.

I bottomed last August. Got back to just below target in November and I've weighed the same since. I just hope it continues this way (16 months in).

That's awesome. I'm only 5 months post-op so some fattier foods make unpleasant things happy. But I agree, these were yummy :)

my latest has been oat fiber and ground flax. I use it to make 'bread' with. Not to be confused with oat bran or oats. this has 0 calories.

helps with curbing hunger.

These are super easy to make if you ever want to try that. Just grated parm, about 1 tablespoon, and bake 3-5 min @ 400 (use parchment paper and you don't have to have any added grease/oil).

I love Whisps, but really only the Parma ones. However, Trader Joe's also has a version that I think has more Parma flavor. Might consider checking it out TJs Oven Baked Cheese Bites
