Well...I just blended up my last optifast shake. Things are getting real over here. Surgery tomorrow and my emotions are all over the place. Its been a long go and it's all finally happening tomorrow. It almost doesn't seem real. Not sure if I'll be sleeping much tonight. Wish me luck...

Congrats on making it through the hardest part -- the preparation and waiting. No relax and let your surgeon do the work. Your next task is to rest, recover and start sipping and walking. Get up and move (SLOWLY) as soon as you can. It will help your recover and get the painful gas moving out.

Check in and let us know how things go.
