Hi Kelly,

I'm getting anywhere from 120 - 150 oz of water per day. Maybe changing up my foods a bit will help. I am definitely a creature of habit and tend to eat the same things repetitively.

I hear ya...I eat the same things all the time, just easier for meal planning. Maybe try some different foods for a a few days and see how ya do.

Howdy everyone,

Stuck, stuck stuck. Scale hasn't moved in many weeks. Probably 4 now. I have been fairly good so its just a stall I think......

QOTD: I feel like a zucchini.... thinner on the top and robust on the bottom. Specifically a yellow zucchini....lol

Food for the day:

Protein shake with 1 1/2 scoops of Isopure 180 calories 40 grams protein

Lots of coffee

Protein bar - Pure protein - ran around a lot today and didn't have time for lunch

Zucchini noodles with turkey meat sauce and parmesan/mozarella blend

Probably yogurt carbonator with PB powder

around 800 calories, 100 grams protein and less than 30 carbs
