Daisy so sorry, Migraines suck. Luckily post menopausal I seem to have gotten past them.
My suck for the weekend was my acid. Everything hurts to eat. I literally can feel it going down my esophagus. Rather than refill my Prilosec/omeprezole I decided I needed to try different meds- buy OTC and taking at prescription strength. So trying Zantac at night and Prevacid in AM. Promising this AM, slept way better and didn't wake up as nauseous.
QOTD: great question, love the answers. I am going to say Spinach, just because it's one of my favorites- very versatile can use hot or cold, and makes you strong as Popeye. Ha.
B: usual latte, Quest Bar (sitting at appt with nephew best I could do)
L: wings and salad- maybe taking nephew out for birthday
D: grilled chicken with melted cheese, spinach
snacks Bulgar Wheat (pre workout, Greek yogurt
ex: gym

Migraines are evil.

Crazy busy weekend starting at 5am Friday til last night around 11pm at night!
QOTD: I guess I would have to say broccoli rabe since I eat it everyday and it keeps things moving along just like I try keep doing.

You guys see my menu everyday so please give me any advice. I'm open to everything and anything. I have stopped eating the fruit in the morning, maybe I need to start it again.

Good Afternoon Chris, how is your fluid intake? You might need to drink more water or if you are eating mostly the same rotation of foods you may need to change something around even for just a little bit. It may not be scientific but I think my body adjusts to my regime sometimes and I need to "trick" it. Not sure if that makes sense. You are doing great, keep at it.
