Good Morning! Daisy, I am sorry you were suffering a migraine this weekend but I hope you're feeling better now. How is your back holding up?

Sorry to hear about your migraine, Daisy, I suffer from them to.

DH and I went to Michael's yesterday so I could find some things to make a box to organize my garden seeds. Then we saw Black Panther. On our way home we stopped at Sonic and got happy hour drinks (I got a diet peach green tea) It was good, but I had to put it in the fridge because I needed a nap when we got home! I did eat something slightly not on my plan (not until next week) by having some of DH's egg drop soup. I was going to strain out the egg and just have the broth but the egg was so soft that I just ate it anyway. I didn't have any trouble and it was the most heavenly tasting thing I've had in 3 weeks.

Qotd: hmm this is tough because I love vegetables and I feel like I grow everything...but I'll go with zucchini. I love roasting it, sautéing it, zoodling it, and even just eating raw slices. It's a very versatile vegetable.

menu today: liquids

breakfast: caramel Premier Protein

lunch: broth with 1 scoop Isopure unflavored protein

dinner: Greek L&F

I hope you dont mind me asking you a ton of questions about gardening? LOL. I am planning on adding 5 gallon buckets to my garden this year. I also have 4 large planters that I am going to use, I use small 4 x 4 raised beds and am trying to figure out how to organize. I love cukes and zucchini!

I love talking about gardening with anyone! I'm not an expert, but I have a lot of trial and error experience lol. I don't have raised beds, but we plan on buying a new/bigger house next year, so I've been holding off until we're in a permanent location. Most of my garden is just in the ground, but I do have some things in pots or buckets (herbs, potatoes, bunching onions, and this year I'm putting my eggplant in buckets)

Hello All,

I'm an old poster who hasn't posted in a VERY long time, lol. I had surgery 4 yrs 2 months ago, and I was doing great until the last 9 months. Needless to say, I've let regain creep back in, so I'm going back to basics. One of the best tools I remember having early on was this post, for all the great support and meal ideas...oh yeah and accountability :) I need to lose 30 lbs and I plan on doing this by increasing my steps and activity level and going back to the 80+ grams of protein, 40 or less carbs and lots of water. It worked when I had a 150+ lbs to lose, I think it can work for 30 :)

B - 2 Jimmy Dean sausage & veggie frittata's

L - Thai beef salad

D - Chicken poblano fajitas (with no tortilla, just meat, peppers & onions and avocado)

S (if necessary) - Blue Diamond Wasabi Almonds

Totals: Cal - 1003, Carbs - 40, Protein - 72

Have a great day everyone!
