What's is on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
hi all
eventful weekend- saturday we went shopping for bathroom vanities and bought 3. Sunday we visited fil and I got grocery order. it has been raining since yesterday morning, and our house only flooded a little this time, this is an improvement. oh and our septic/plumbing is still messed up. but look for the bright side eh? new stove is coming today, old stove being returned. no other workers at the house as of yet today.
I've decided to start logging my food again. I really believe there is a connection between logging and weighing and weight numbers being lower. so back at it.
QOTD- I would go with spaghetti squash, i love pasta so this is what I would be
foodwise this weekend I was pretty darn good.
Plan for today:
chicken patty/salsa/eggplant
coffee
almond milk/PP
not sure on dinner yet but something here!
I started to lose again when I got back to logging and measuring. I just hit 50 days in a row!!! You got this.

I know that for myself if I don't log my food, the calories will definitely creep up. I like keeping control as much as possible (also being to see when I need to adjust down).

yippee yippee yippee - dropped below 146 for the first time since December. YAY! Hope this isn't a fluke...I've really been working at it!
weekend was pretty typical, this week should be low-key - and it's a short one to boot, because my brother is arriving Thursday afternoon. YAY! Taking Friday and next Monday off..
QOTD: a parsnip. I'm old and nonconforming and unusual and some people hesitate until they actually try me (and some people won't even bother). Then they realize I'm not that different from the common carrot and I'm actually pretty yummy to boot!
