Costco
I like the peeled hard boiled eggs...so easy to grab and go. I also buy the rotisserie chicken breast meat...another easy, protein forward option!

yeap. When I am low on pantry/freezer items I can spend over 300 in 20-30 min in Costco. Keith is both terrified and impressed. But he really doe snot mind.
They have the organic chicken pot-stickers that are perfect. I fry them in bacon/ghee fat. He loves them, I make 2 extras for me (but I need to make sure I put them on my plate). Plus the little quiches -they are staple in our house for Keith.
The pork tenderloin Tuscan seasoning - for grilling or sauteing is great. And it freezes really good.
Once in a while I get the whole pork loin roast (8-10 lbs) and season it and roast it. I like it, cut in 1 inch pieces for dinner or sliced thinly as cold cuts.

My wallet does not appreciate you contributing to my costco delinquency, Hala. lol.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
