What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?

I'm 6 days out from my RNY revision. Focusing on protein and hydration, with the occasional popsicle to stave off the need to chew. I literally just sip from 6am until bed.

So far today:

2x 30g premier shakes (60g protein)

1 bottle protein 2 O water (15g protein)

1 bottle of bai watermelon - wasn't sure I'd tolerate it, however it was a nice change from drinking All The Water the other days.

4 ounces of cream of chicken broth (I had this in 4 x 1oz servings) which was basically just chicken broth mixed with some fairlife milk.

54 ounces of water in addition to the above.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
