Morning IF and crew! I've been laying low too- purposely though. Sometimes you just need a break from the boards. My run is done- and I've been back to the mechanic for a an odd noise I heard after yesterday's repair- that of course I do not hear now. Ugh!

Today I take my son to piano, and head to Kohl's to return a necklace that broke. Tonight we are supposed to host marriage Ministry at his church, not sure if we will cause hubby and I haven't really sketched out anything. I'd rather reschedule.

Accountability: I'm still working my 'treat of the month' plan and it's works so well for me. This month was chocolate [on even days] and quiet frankly I'm getting tired of it. Next month is donuts/pastries. Eating outside of that part of my plan has been on point.

Qotd: I'm growing anxious to do something with my lawn come spring- I need to rebuild a border that has fallen apart, and I would love some color- everything looks so drab. No major plans indoors.

207 today, 2.9 Years out

m1: boiled egg, Greek yogurt, protein bar

m2: turkey burger patties w/cheese

m3: ?? May skip

m4: tacos!!

That's great that your plan is working. I don't think I could stay controlled. At the OH conference last year one of the speakers was encouraging learning to eat "treats" but doing it in a planned manner so that ultimately cravings would go away. Sounds like you are testing that and it is working for you!

Accountability - NOT GREAT

midnight - fat free cottage cheese eating

2 am - Greek salad (this is why I don?t have fatty ingredients at home - i would have eaten them ) - lettuce, fat free blue cheese dressing, fat free feta , pickled beets , pickled ghrerkins

breakfast - HAD to have ? ! Chicken Parmesan

Chai tea lattes

more fat free cottage cheese

I feel like im having a food binge ... though im not eating constantly im obsessing about food. Its like somethings missing and i just need the right food to fill the hole .. as IF

Its not helping that both kittens are acting like I?m a potential mass murderer to be avoided at all costs ...

I know what you mean about obsessing. When I start to think constantly about food I feel like I could so easily slip back into pre-WLS patterns.
