Hi All!
I"m working remotely today since DH has my parking pass (he's shuffling our Swedish exchange student friends around to different offices). It's cold and dreary and I'm sitting in a coffee shop along with every toddler in town, it seems. Good Lord it's noisy in here...
I met with my new physical therapist yesterday. He was great. I swear I learn new things from every physical therapist I've worked with (5 or 6 of them?). This one pointed out that I slam my feet down too hard when I walk, which is shocking my skeletal system. I'm supposed to start walking like a cat, he said. OK.... Plus he gave me some new exercises to do to increase the range of motion in my hip (the main reason I've gone through all this PT over the years). So we'll see...
accountability was OK choice-wise, but we went out to dinner again with the Swedish students, so my calories were a bit high. We're going out with them again tonight, but then DH takes them back to the university he works at, and where they attend (about 50 miles from here). I'll miss them - but not the dinners out. ! I haven't gone over by much each time we go, but it does add up when you do it night after night. I'll be glad to get back to eating dinners at home again.
this weekend - dinner tonight with the Swedes, sunrise yoga in the morning, probably gym in the afternoon. Meditation class on Sunday morning, then lunch with my mom and sister. Hoping to go to my Aqua Zumba class Sunday evening, but I seem to remember something was going on at the same time that I might need to go to. Cripes - I love that class!
2 years 8 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with 1 T tahini mixed in, homemade blueberry/blackberry sauce
MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax latte shake
L: (turkey) taco meat with lettuce, tomato, salsa, plain Greek yogurt
AS: I'll have to eat something to keep me from mawing at dinner - maybe 2 T peanut butter on celery sticks or a piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie
D: dinner out, so not sure. Something safe...
Good morning,
Probably go see my friend tonight, visit my dad on Saturday and church on Sunday
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D keto lasagna
Have a good day
TGIF!

hello everyone, it's been a long time since I have come on here, just been really really busy, all is going well , been on a stall for quite awhile, but I don't gain, but I also haven't been losing, I still go to my meetings twice a month, and they are so helpful at keeping your mind in the game! Hopefully I will get back on here a little more but we will see, I am still really busy...lol
