Aaaaw! So cute!!! I saw a quote in Gemma's optometrist office, I can't find it online. In short it said they come into our lives to teach us how to love, and with their passing they take a piece of our heart with them.

So sorry for your loss.

She sure was a beautiful girl,Sheila. Hugs,my friend,as I know just how empty the house feels. I'm sure Gemma was just as spoiled as Lily is. Our youngest son says Lily as been more neat places and done more fun things with us than hs has. He's probably right as when we travel and camp she always goes with us. They just love so unconditionally that it's easy to love them back!

So so true. My kids always said Gemma was the last baby of the house, hence the spoiled one. But in my eyes she was my loyal companion, not asking for much and always so happy. And she was like me...she hated running!!! LOL. She would walk for miles but as soon as I would try to jog (4-5 years ago) she would pull on the leash to make me slow down. She knew me better than I did.

You are right about that!!! Happy Friday! I am at work for a half day and ready to start the weekend. Although its still work at home for us since we are still redoing our sons bedroom. I painted Wednesday and my husband is putting the hardwood flooring in today.

B: Premier chocolate shake.

S: Babybel

L: Leftover Sloppy joe stuffed pepper from dinner last night.

D: Not sure. May go out and have dinner out.

My pic is the before and after's of the paint. Thomas is huge Michigan fan and we've had the collegiate paint in his room for years, and wanted a completely boring (LOL) Neutral color. Its called Wheat Toast, but looks like the peach crayon we used as kids when we were coloring peoples faces in.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Well I mustard up the courage to cut my hair, between my thyroid condition and the surgery my hair was looking pretty bad. My hair has been slowly growing back but I kind of wanted a new look and give my whole head an even playing field lol.
