RNY Gastric bypass
I had RNY Gastric bypass 25 years ago I have going thru a lot of problems now with a abscess on my part of stomach at the part that was bypassed. On medical leave now from having stomach pain I been dealing with surgeries I have a GI tube from the area they worked on. Plus at the start they just put a JP drain in the area of abscess to let it heal on its own! 8 days hospital and they sent me home 14 days later had to go back because of bleeding in my JP drain. They went and did a laprescope surgery on me and actually stopped the problem! Now with tubes and all it's been 2 months out and my last scope I had it's almost healed. So hopefully when I go back in a couple weeks it should be healed and back to work! Would I do RNY again that's a yes. So good luck to the ones with questions!
